Ballys, Flamingo, and Harrahs are the only three 3.5* in center strip through HOTWIRE. These are on the Nevada hotel list. Keep in mind that the star rating can change at any point in time. Also the Harrahs does not show Tennis as an amenity. Look at this link. Hotel list for Nevada - Hotwire
mngo4322, I just booked yesterday and it was Caesars. That is currently the only 4.5* in the center strip. It also had all the amenities listed as you have them. I got it for 79. I called tthem a bit ago to see what type of room they had me down for. She said they wont assign the room until I check in but they have down a King non-smoking. That was all she could really say about it.

Just booked 2 nights on Hotwire. I figured it was Caesars since its the only 4.5* listed for center strip. Thanks a lot for all the good stuff on here guys. Great site!
