I'd been trying for weeks bidding every day using all kinds of combinations with no luck in the $80 to $90 range for 3* FLL downtown or beach zone hoping to win this hotel. Upon reading the previous posters results (largely due to spring break demand and availability) I figured I'd raise my bid to $94.00 and see what happens. BINGO! I've won this property before and was very pleased with my stay. Complimentary continental breakfast and airport shuttle service is included!
As a follow up, has anyone been able to clarify definatively which 2 * Downtown Fll/Las Olas hotel on Hotwire this is? Thank you so much for your information!
Very happy with this price. Looks as though it's half of the posted internet prices. I first bid $70. 3* FLL beach and got rejected. Then I bid FLL Downtown 3* at $75. and was accepted for the Bahia Mar Beachfront Resort.
Just bid priceline for 9/9 & 9/17/2005 hoping to get the Sheraton. I bid the same amount I always do for the hotel as I do not want to bid too low and get the Holiday Inn. My first bid of $52.00 per night not inc. service and tax was accepted for each night. We always seem to get lucky in receiving an oceanview room, so for less than half price I consider this a bargain! Take Care!
