anyone can suggest any cheap parking close to DoubleTree? We are flying to SD tomorrow. Please help. We have not heard good things about parking at DOuble Tree and wanted to park at a better location and preferable cheaper.

ok i just won Doubletree Hotel San Diego Downtown at $65. Is this a good deal? I am seeing some good reviews online and a price of $100 on other websites. Any suggestion for free parking closeby?

I just placed a bid for 4* Downtown harbor island for $70 and it came back with askin to rebid at $90. I did not do it but I am looking to increase my price by adding region that does not have 4*? What regions should I add and may be select 3.5* at some point. How do you suggest to proceed? Please help ASAP so I can make the purchase. I was using the link provided earlier.

To be Honest I woudl like 3.5* at a good price, but obviously wont say No to a great deal on 4*. I would say anywhere between $60-$80 would be my budget. What would you recommned on this rate? 3.5* thanks

OK we have made the final decission and will be booking 3.5 or 4* in SD from 2nd to 5th (4 nights) and then one night 6th in LA. I am planning to do both the reservation today or tomorrow and trying to use Hotwire and PriceLine. Can you recommend anything for bidding on Priceline? Hotwire is showing me following (any guesses?) - 4* - Downtown Harbor Island 4 * - Mission Bay-SHelter Island Area 3.8* - Downtoan -Harbor Island (I think this is Sheraton Suites) Thanks you in advance. Thank you for the reply. We do not mind staying a night in LA and might make more sense. But we have our return flight from SD leaving on 7th. I think we might take 4 nights in SD and 1 in LA. Any suggestions on areas I should be looking for hotels? We might also have car for those 5 days so having cheap (or free) parking in hotel will help us as well. We would like to book the trip ASAP. What are things your would suggest to do in LA? We do not want to go to Disneyland or Universal studios. Thank you in advance for your advice.

Wife and I are planning to take a trip to SD between 12/02 - 12/07. We would surely like to visit the Zoo, a beach and take a day trip to LA. Can you suggest what areas should we focus to stay. We would like to prefer 3-4 star hotel at a reasonable price on hotwire or priceline. Do you recommend to have a rental car or transit is good? Do you recommend taking the Safari? We do not want to go to Sea World or Lego land. Would like to visit Coronado and La Jolla and also take an hour or 2 cruise. thank you for your help in advance.

The Elk Grove and Schaumburg area looks way north from Bartlett. Do you recommend anything in the Gleandale heights area or Oak Park or ElmHurst.. How are these areas. They seem to be right on the way on 290 to Bartlett and not that far from sears as well. Again It needs to be safe location and between Downtown and Bartlett so we can visit both places. I need to make the booking in next few hours and any help will be greatly appreciated. Also, does all the hotels in O'hare charges for parking. I am seeing foor 4 and 3.5 star on HOTWIRE. Does O-Hare south or north are is better?

Sounds good to me. What do you suggest in both of these area? Anything specific that you think would be a good option. Like I said 2 room cheap or one room that sleeps 4 (2 double). Should I go with HOTWIRE or go with 2 rooms in PRICELINE? Any hints on what hotel HOTWIRE is showing. One is 3.5 star in Arlington Heights with Gym, Swimming, restaurants, Business center, high speed internet, Golf. It is $73 for 4 people.

This is really helpful. I saw Northbrook but it seems quite away from Downtown. I will also be visiting Bartlett, IL so do you suggest any good hotel between Bartlett and Downtown. Thanks a lot for your help. Yes we are driving and should reach chicago on 25th morning around 10 am. We are going to visit Sears tower, architecture boat ride. Do you have any suggestion for the architecture boat ride and should we take it in the evening (close to sunset?). What Zoo are you suggesting? I will look at Travelocity link you mention and let you know about my progress. Is there any parking places in downtown (cheap) where we can park on saturday when we are site seeing in Chicago ? First of let me tell you guys are doing an awesome job helping everyone here. Thank you. I am looking for a hotel in Chicago (Tourist) close to Mag Mile or Loop as we would mainly be visiting Sears Tower, museums and Navy Pier. We are family of 4 and would prefer to stay in one room with 2 beds ot 2 seperate room (which ever seems cheaper). What would you suggest us as our bidding strategy or should I just use HOTWIRE for now? I am thinking around 100 - 120 range for one room or 70 each if we decide to go for 2 rooms. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
