Ended up not going to Nashville so never booked anything. Thanks for the help though.
Looking in the $200/night range, for a hotel for 4 adults (20 somethings) so they are in walking distance of the bars & music, etc. A little confused about the Metrocenter area vs the Gulch. Any suggestions are welcome. Not sure why that weekend is so pricey!
Also, looking at the Comfort Inns, not even sure what Comfort Inn this would be. What address would it be?
I had searched for 4 adults, hence the $214 price.

Actually just saw that the hotel price went down to $745 so I called and they amended the rate for me, kept the Amex benefits.

Ended up going with the Four Seasons through the FHR as part of AMEX. Paid $895, includes breakfast, possible upgrade, and $100 to spend while we are there.
interesting that the price went down from $890 to $779. Price direct for the Four Seasons went down from $1295 to $895 at the same time as the Express deal went down too.
We ended up staying at the Langham Boston and purchased directly with the Langham for a rate which included the Chocolate Brunch. One night was $269 which included brunch and parking. The other night was $175 just for the room. Ended up staying two nights instead of one.
Our plans for Santa Barbara are firm. If the hotel is the Four Seasons at $890, yes I would spend the money.
I ended up not using Priceline or Hotwire to stay in Boston. Thank you.

I replied to the Orlando hotwire thread that we did not end up using hotwire. Also, I am confused about how one keeps the stays in one thread if we are looking at both Priceline and Hotwire. Thank you.
