  8. Started at $150 bidding only for 5* hotels in the Chicago Zone 8 - North Michigan Ave - River North Area. Went up by $10 each free rebid (since this zone is the only one with a 5* hotel). Switched to $5 increments around $220. Winning bid for the Park Hyatt at $251. Always used the PRICELINE link on this site to start each bid. Thanks.
  9. I would like to know what the possibilities are for bidding for a 4* hotel in Newport, Rhode Island for July 27-29. According to the list that is posted on this website, the only hotel that shows up is the Hotel Viking. My biggest concern is that I want to be in the Newport-Newport Beach area but not on Goat Island. Are there 4* hotels on Goat Island? I know that Hyatt is there but that seems to be a 3.5* hotel. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
  10. I decided to go for it. Ended up - Metropolitan by Como, London. Turns out to be 18% off the regular price for the least expensive room on the hotel website, a far cry from the "up to 45% off" advertised by Priceline.
