I see others posted this before, but just to confirm again- the 3.5* Downtown Miami is the Sheraton Biscayne Bay Hotel. It listed Restaurant, Pool, Golf Nearby and Tennis Nearby. Hope we like it for our Pre-cruise on NCL just after Thanksgiving! Also, I will be using the Entertainment Discount for Hotwire. I'll let you know if I ever see the $30! Andy.
