Was able to book the JW at a fully refundable site for only $5 more than HOTWIRE ($108). Will keep an eye out as travel date nears and will switch if price goes down. Thanks for your help.
Amenities: Fitness, High Speed, Pools, Restaurants. "We are still gathering reviews for this property." PS--I clicked on "see all amenities"---this was it!
On third rebid. Rejected $59 counter on initial $47 bid. Not too thrilled--been here before, was hoping for Music City Sheraton. Ok for $52 I guess. Used your PRICELINE link.
On second rebid after I rejected initial counter-offer of $99. Used your PRICELINE link. Meant to add also---there are TWO re-bid zones for 3* FLL downtown---Pompano Beach AND FLL North. Your database does not incluce FLL North--- might want to update it.
Yeah I noticed that as well and called them they said the website is wrong they are fully operational and suffered no damage or ill effects from the flood. My son lives 2 blocks from there and he confirmed that that area is indeed "high and dry". Gotta believe the recent flooding has something to do with the availability of this hotel though.
This seems to have been solved by JKCamera in this Hotwire hotel thread. I'm still going to wait awhile though. Please advise if you go for it, Venom20.
I'm not ready to bite yet. If I KNEW this was the Rad--I probably would--but I've got plenty of time to see what develops. I'll most likely book thru HOTWIRE / PRICELINE (via this sites links) but I'm seeing several viable direct booking possibilities. Hotels are a real bargain this time of year (particularly THIS year!) in Orlando. Will report back--pls do the same!
Radisson would be great. Has great reviews and appears to be just what we are looking for --just wish we could confirm it, somehow---don't see it on list.
