  1. Just trying to format this correctly! I also forgot to use the SavingsBarn link. Went directly through Priceline. First bid: $70 for USW for Boutique. Re-bid: $75 in addition to 4-star and USE. Accepted bid: $75 for Boutique (USW) Serrano Hotel Sweeeeet! Your Offer Price Per Room, Per Night: $75.00 Subtotal: $75.00 Taxes & Service Fees: $18.31 Total Charges*: $93.31
  2. Awww :) ...must have been an off-peak Saturday you were able to get that price? I'll use that for future reference. I actually tried bidding about $80 previously, but it kept getting rejected. Now that I think about it, the Saturday I was able to get IS during SEMA. Shoot....oh well.
  3. Hope I'm doing this correctly. :) Just booked a night at the Renaissance Las Vegas for Saturday at $100. 4* - bid $100 for the Strip and the UNLV/Convention area was ACCEPTED on the first try! total with taxes...$118.20 Current rate is at $199 on Marriott's website. Please note that I tried a few separate times for $80; realized it was too low for a Saturday night stay. :)
  4. Originally started at $60 a night for any of the areas near Downtown San Diego and Sea World for 3* & 4* hotels. Bid rejected, so moved it up in $5 increments and started adding 3* hotels. At $70, still rejected and resubmitted a new bid for just 4* hotels, so tried again at $80 and skipping the $75 bid. Yippee! Got the Hyatt at $80 a night. Lowest rate I could find was through the Hyatt's website at $215 for the first night and then $179 for the second night.
