I bid on over a number of days as well as using the Rome zone that doesn't have a 3*. Started at $51. When got to $60, priceline offered to take it if I added $17. I bid $67, rejected. I bid $70 & it was accepted. Thanks for this site! I used the PRICELINE link. Hope it helps.
