Thanks Aaron, our dates are 2 July - 18 July 2009. Guess we'll just have to take our chances that there is a room available with 2 double beds and that they are willing to let us have it.

Hi again, thank you for your response. I have posted on the Priceline forum. I made a successful bid at Sheraton Waikiki for $100/night. Decided to take the risk that we will be able to get a room with 2 double beds - fingers crossed!

Hi, have just successfully bid for Resort Waikiki Beach $100 and received Sheraton Waikiki 1st bid! Very pleased with the result but have a question I hope someone may be able to answer for me. Has anyone else been successful at this hotel and been able to get 2 double beds on arrival, as there are 4 of us and I don't know what we would do if we arrive and are told we can not get a room with 2 doubles. Also, did they charge you for the extra 2 people in the room? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, just wondering if you can tell me if the Hilton Hawaiian Village and/or the Outrigger Reef are possibilities if I bid for Waikiki Beach area. I don't want either of these, my first choice is Outrigger Waikiki and then Sheraton Waikiki. Can you suggest a starting bid and do I select Resort or 4*? We are looking at 2/7/09 - 18/7/09.
