I had a change of plans and did not end up taking this trip due to a death in the family

I found a 4* in Toronto West with the following amenities: Fitness, Business, Restaurant, WiFi, Spa. for $98 through the HOTWIRE link here.

From looking at the other posts, I was thinking it was probably the Westin Harbour which would be fine with me, but on some other posts for that hotel I have seen mention of an 85% review level by other Hotwire customers and this one only has a 75% review.

Any guesses what this might be?
