The deal I inquired about for Chicago has gone away for the dates I am planning to go. At least at this time. Still looking to book and will use the BB PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links at such time as I do. Planning on booking a room at Staybridge Suites in Jackson MS. for one night July 2 on Orbitz. Do you have a discount code for Orbitz that I might use to get a discount on the Orbitz rate of $82 a night?

Listed the win on the other thread as instructed and clicked on the HOTWIRE link you gave for this thread. Still showing the same exact information as earlier today.

It was in fact the Embassy Suites Downtown Lakefront and I snapped that deal up. Sorry-Thought I had posted that win earlier.

I've been looking around for a few weeks trying all the major providers as well as the Opaque sites and some lesser known sites as well and it looks like Expedia is going to be my best deal. I will do a search like you suggest to try and find a discount code and then come back and use this sites link to Expedia or whichever site I end up going through to book. I am not comfortable bidding on stuff so PRICELINE isn't something I want to try. Thanks for your response.

My wife and I are going to Jackson MS for a 2 night stay Feb 11-12. We were looking to stay at either Cabot Lodge in Ridgeland or at Homewood Suites in Ridgeland. HOTWIRE has a listing for 09/26/10-09/29/10 for a 3.5 star hotel in Chicago Streeterville area at 89$ a night. Amenities are listed as Suite Complimentary Breakfast Fitness Center Pool Restaurant Business Center High Speed Internet Access Is this likely to be the Embassy Suites Chicago Downtown Lakefront?

Was unable to use the discount code but booked the Embassy Suites Chicago Downtown Lakefront with Complimentary breakfast and evening reception as well as Free Internet at the business center and a mini fridge and microwave in the room for 109.85 a night plus taxes and fees so very happy with that. Booked using your Orbitz link and got price assurance. For some reason the taxes and fees on Orbitz were about 30 dollars less on this hotel than on Expedia.

Both Orbitz and Expedia currently show a King Suite at the Embassy Suites Downtown Lakefront Suites in Cicago for $119 per night for March 20-23 2010.. Would you happen to have a discount code for either Orbitz or Expedia that I could use when booking that hotel. Regardless of whether you have a code or not I will of course use the links provided here on BB if I do decide to book the hotel.. Thanks in advance for your help. John

We stayed there on September 19-22 2009. Not as roomy as the Seneca where we usually stay but roomy enough. Microfridge and Microwave satisfied requirements we needed to eat some of our leftovers which saved us money on food. 2 TV's in room eliminated any arguments between the wife and me over what was to be watched. Evening reception is free wine,beer and Soda only I believe, but not bad for a freebie. Free breakfast was outstanding. Location very convenient and close to attractions and shopping. Free internet was okay albeit sort of slow. Just had to insert room card in order to get into the internet room. Indoor pool looked nice but we did not take avantage of it. Staff was helpful and friendly. Well worth the 119 a night we paid for it. Supposedly there is a free trolley to Michigan Avenue but we did not use it. Travelers Tip-Domanick's Right across the street for snacks or drinks can save you some money.

Just used the site HOTWIRE link to purchase one night (6-12-09) at the Drury Inn and Suites Hotel in Lafayette,LA for $54 a night plus taxes and fees. Saved 39%. Shows up on HOTWIRE with the following amenities . COMP BREAKFAST FITNESS CENTER POOL BUS. CENTER LAUNDRY FACILITIES INTERNET ACCESS

The reason I am not booking what appears to be the Amalfi deal on Hotwire is primarily that my wife really likes a bigger room. The Seneca deal is a King Suite and includes a Kitchen which allows us to save money on food while we are there. While the property is not super nice we have found it to be adequate in the past. Assuming I go ahead and book the Seneca I will of course use the link for Orbitz you provided. Thanks for the discount code and for your very prompt attention to this message.

My apologies if this is the wrong portion of the forum to ask this question. I had inquired earlier about a posible match on a 3.5 star in Chicago for 9/19-9/22 but decided to not book that trip at this time. I have found a deal on Orbitz for the Seneca Hotel in Chicago for a King Suite for 123.04 with free breakfast on those same dates and am wanting to book that deal instead. I thought you had an Orbitz link on this site and I of course wanted to use it to book the hotel but I can't find one. Do you have an Orbitz link and if so can you please include it and any Orbitz Discount code you might have along with it in your response. Thanks-DDBINC.
