Please help as I followed the protocol as well as I knew and this is what happened. I was bidding on 11/2 to 11/4 Las Vegas and I wanted Las Vegas Strip North 4 Star. After failing a bid at 80 I added Summerlin which according to the site does not have a 4 star. I entered all of my info and finished bidding, and they gave me a Marriott in Summerlin! I called customer service and spoke to a supervisor but they would not refund my money. I told them that there was no 4 star in Summerlin on the site, but they kept referring back to the contract. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Is there anyway I could get my money back? Thank you for your help.
