  1. Initially had tried for French Quarter and Downtown areas at $60-65 without success. Received an email with $5/night Priceline reward and decided to try those zones along with Convention Center for 3.5* and above for $67 + $5. Ended up winning this hotel. Looks like a great hotel, good reviews on tripadvisor. Very happy with this win, considering I am going to a convention that had hotels from $189 and up. I forgot to use the PRICELINE link, but will use it in the future.
  2. Started at $55 for Airport LAX 4*. It came back with re-bid at $70 with no changes necessary. I went ahead and rebid $60 and included all areas with 4* hotels. I knew that almost none of them would accept such a low bid, but if they did it couldn't have been too bad. Ended up getting this hotel. The only bummer is that parking is $25 per night, but free parking is not so easy to come by at the nice LA hotels. I used the PRICELINE link from this site.
  3. $65 for one night. $16 taxes + fees - Total $81 Bidding History: 4* $60 White House - Downtown 3.5* $65 Same Used the PRICELINE link above, although not logged in at the time.
  4. Looking for some help in identifying this 2.5* hotel for $96 from 6/24-6/28. Boutique Beach Pool Restaurant Business Center Golf Tennis Spa Thanks!
  5. Just wanted to update on my stay at the Millenium Biltmore. Many people have written reviews complaining about the size of the rooms and the noise level. I had a wonderful stay in a very large room with a nice sized bathroom. There was no noise, but I may have been there at a quiet time. Parking is quite expensive, but I was able to park across the street for just $15.40 overnight. Wireless internet is $9.95 per day. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and have no complaints!
  6. Hi, I initially tried up to $70 for 4* hotels in the downtown, hollywood and beverly hills areas. Then when I added on 3.5*, I started at $55 and won the Millenium Biltmore Hotel (total with fees $133). The one big issue I have with the hotel is the $40/night parking fee. However, I saw that there is a parking garage across the street for $15. Although I wasn't logged in at the time, I used the PRICELINE link from this site.
  7. I ended up not getting a hotel room for that night. I started planning too late and it wouldn't have worked out as I would have liked. Thanks.
  8. Does the Ritz Carlton ever make rooms available on PRICELINE? I can't seem to find any Ritz carlton wins and I was wondering if anyone has heard of wins for it? Thanks!
  9. The date is May 3, this coming weekend. Thanks!
  10. Anyone can offer some advice as to what hotel this may be: Midtwon central with gym, restaurant, business center and internet access. Thanks!
