Used the PRICELINE link. I have been bidding for a 4 star in the Bellevue-Redmond area for a couple days for hopsgirl's win of $60 /night increasing to $65--all rejected. Interesting note: Yesterday when I bid $65 I got a counteroffer for $22 more, and I decided not to go with that. Today I tried again with an increased bid for $70 in the Bellevue-Redmond zone--rejected. Added Lynnwood-Edmonds zone and increased my bid to $75--ACCEPTED. One night stay $75.00 plus $18.68 tax =Total Room Cost: $93.68 (USD) We are coming down from Vancouver and just wanted a nice place to stay--hopefully the Hyatt will meet our needs. They don't have free breakfast, but at least the parking is free and hopefully the area is not too bad.

I put in the exact same bid last night for 04/25/09-04/26/09 and got rejected. I'm not sure if it is because I should try the night before as you did, but will keep on trying as $60 is a great deal. I did use the PRICELINE link.
