'Won' the Courtyard Atlanta Marietta/Windy Hill 2045 South Park Place Atlanta, GA 30339 Started bidding at $29.00 per night. Added $1 per bid. Finally got the hotel at $44 (which included $20.00 bonus money). So I really got the room for $41 + $3 bonus money per night. I also tried the Perimeter area bidding up to $40.00 using the same $1.00 stratagy but 'won' a room at the Galleria first. This is the most that I ever paid for a 3*, but had to be in town these days. I did use the PRICELINE link at the top of the page to book my room

I was originally trying to get Saturday - Saturday. I had started at $29.00 and increased my bids by $1.00 up to $39.00 in the Galleria area and up to $37.00 in the Perimeter area always getting rejected. Each time I started at $29.00 upping my bid by $1.00 at a time. Going to hotel websites, it seemed that they wanted more money for this Saturday than any other day, so I tried Sunday - Saturday. I had bid in the Galleria area first for Sunday - Saturday starting at $31.00 + bonus but was rejected aech time. We're sorry, but we can't accept your offer of $38.33 ($35 per night plus $3.33 per night Bonus Cash) for a hotel room in the Atlanta, GA area. I then went to the Perimeter area and also started at $31.00 + Entertainment Card bonus This just proves that you should not get frustrated; always start your bidding low if you have enough rebids. Please note that I tried to go to Atlanta last week (Saturday - Saturday ) but was rejected also. Please note that I used the your PRICELINE icon on the upper right to go to the Price Line site. As always, thank you for providing this great site or everyone would always bid too much.

I did not get such a great deal. I could have got the room for an average of $79.99 using my Entertainment Card. But $45.00 savings (counting $2.00 cost of buying Entertainment Card on Ebay) is still $45.00 saved. I bid $62.00 a night + rewards added $6.67 per night. 3.5* Sheraton Boston Copley 39 Dalton Street Boston , Massachusetts 02199 United States After many rebids (starting at $107 and being rejected at $191 and $196), was finally accepted at $201. With being able to bid 32 times a night, I bid six nights within the last seven days. Seeing others getting the Marriott or Sheraton at $104 - $109, I always started with $109. But each night I went higher and higher to no avail. There must be something special going on the date that I had to be in Boston. I maximized their map and noted the hotels that used to be in the Marietta area and also one (Crowne Plaza at Atlanta-Perimeter NW, 6345 Powers Ferry Rd, Atlanta, Ga 30339) that used to be in the Perimeter area.

Went to PriceLine map. Saw that the Hyatt Place is in the new Galleria area. Also think that the Crowne Plaza that used to be in the Perimeter area is within the new Galleria map area.

Hope that Hyatt Place is still listed in Marietta area.

3* Atlanta (Perimeter) Hyatt Place I started my bidding at $30 increasing my bid $1 each time. On the third time today (I also tried yesterday but was rejected at $30, $31, and 32. Just stopped and tried again today.) $192.00 for six days $ 36.32 for taxes and service fees (since Atlanta charges 14% total taxes now for hotels $10.04 was the Priceline service fee.) ---------- $228.92 Total Price. I have stayed at the Hyatt Place before. Good Hotel and very good service. The staff there really care. I did go through the betterbidding.com PRICELINE link on top of their page. My third bid of $33.00 for a 3* was accepted. 8 nights at $33.00 Tax and fees of $48.18 Total = $312.18 Please note that previously I tried to acquire lodging in the Marietta area but was rejected even though I bid up to $37.00 for a 3* property. I then decided to expand my bids to include the Perimeter area because I studied the previous wins on the BetterBidding website. Because I like to support the website that helped me get this very good deal, I made sure that I placed my bids through the BetterBidding PRICELINE link.
