Hi all! Based on previous Priceline experience, when would be the best time to start bidding for 3 nights in late December (28th, 29th, 30th)? I'd like to Georgetown (would love the Latham), but other neighborhoods in DC are OK. Any thoughts? Should I start doing some rock-bottom bids now until it gets closer? ThankS!
