  3. Hi All, well It has been a while since I last used your good community,I am now resident in Ottawa for my sins lol. My daughter and son are still living in Scotland finishing there University courses,but both are coming out on the 19th and 20th of Dec landing at Montreal airport,so rather than my wife drive there and back on the two days we decided to book a hotel for the night .We used the PRICELINE link and I believe got a good deal,what do you guys think. Will be looking for hotels on the 27th of Dec for 4 nights in New York ,fingers crossed it works out good for us then. cheers Art and Family
  4. HiGuys, it has been a few years since I last frequented this forum now as then I am looking for a good deal for the Westin or the Marriot Harbour. Does anyone have info on these two Hotels,the last time I booked 2009 I got cracking deals for them both,due to you guys. Many thanks in advance. Arty

Hi all, Are there any hotels in the Truro Nova Scotia area that are covered by Hotwire or Priceline.We will be in that area from the 13th to the 20th of August.We have successfully booked hotels in Halifax and are looking to fill the middle of our Holday in the north east of NS or there abouts. Hi Guys, just to let you know after booking with Hotwire for our holiday to Nova Scotia with the Holiday Inn Express in Bedford and the Westin in Halifax for 3 nights each,we just found out our airline has cancelled their flight for our dates :) The good news contacted Hotwire told them the details ,they in turn contacted our airline who confirmed the cancellation details :) and thankfully got a full refund from Hotwire ,what a great company to deal with.Only a States side company would treat customers this way,the UK forget it. The silver lineing in all this debacle is that i went on PRICELINE and bid for a 4 * in Halifax ,got it for

  15. Hi , thanks for the quick reply , i am sure you are right better sticking with Hotwire for guaranteed room size. Having looked at the Hotwire site for Halifax ,i was surprised to see that the 4 star works out cheaper than the 3 and 3.5 star hotels ,how come. Cheers Arthur

Hi All, i am new to your forum so be kind :) I am from Scotland and will be coming over to Nova Scotia this coming August for 14 nights,basically i am going to attempt to use priceline for most of my accom needs. My main concern is there are 4 of us me and the misses and our two children aged 12 & 15 years,how can we be sure that the rooms we are bidding for will accomodate all of us. Cheers Arthur
