Bid $45 for a 3.5* for one night and got the Hilton, which is great. I would have bid on a 4* for downtown but didn't want to get stuck at the Ambassador, since we're only there for a show downtown and want to be able to walk. Anyway, the bid was accepted on the first try. Sweet. Thx better bidding (and I bid through your PRICELINE link, of course!)

Thanks for the tips - I just booked through your link on Hotwire and you were right - it was the Curtis: Downtown Denver 3.5*, 4/14-4/17, $59/night (and the total for three nights is the same as one night at the special conference rate where I was supposed to be staying, so this is a great deal.)

Hi all - please help me id this 3.5* Downtown Denver hotel for $59 with Fitness, Restaurant, and Hi Speed internet as the only amenities. I'm guessing it's the Magnolia or the Burnsley All Suite?

I clicked through Betterbidding to priceline for a 4* in Cambridge for this Friday, June 12th, and started my bid at $85. They came back with an automatic request for me to up the bid $22, which I did, and got the Hotel Marlowe in East Cambridge. All in it cost $128.88 - a pretty good deal for one of the two hotels we wanted (the other was the Le Meridien). Thanks!

Just clicked through to Priceline to bid for 4* hotel in Puerto-Rico Humacao for 5/24-5/26 and got the Gran Melia after bidding $100 and then being offered an acceptance if I added $22. I knew thanks to this site that it would be either the GM or one of the Wyndhams, so I am happy. Thanks Better Bidding!

Hi there - I'm doing a similar bid. Were you including only Resort, only 4*, or both? I just bid for a 4* there and was hoping to get Gran Melia, because I saw it was the only "4*" listed, but they're asking me to bid up $22 too (from $100)... Thanks!

The only additional amenity is Spa Services. Now the quote is $123/night....

I am trying to identify whether this hotel is the Rio Mar Beach Resort or the Wyndham El Conquistador or other - it's not an exact match for either.
