I bid $80 for a 4* in Eiffel tower and was denied, Priceline counter-offered $110. so I bid $85 and added the free bidding zone (which the other area had zero 4*s). Priceline again denied me and counter-offered $110. I got impatient since I need the hotel in 1 week so I bid $75 for a 3* in the Eiffel tower area. Priceline waited about 10 minutes before they gave me an answer, Yes I got it. however, It is actually about a 30 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. Tripadvisor ratings are high at 4/5. I would have paid $253 plus using other websites for the same room.

Des Provinces Hotel, Paris is $169 also. using kayak.com as my search engine I realized that I could have got this place. Tripadvisor ratings are 3.5/5, so I am happy with my choice.

Today 7/10/08 I got denied on priceline for West of Strip for $36. I got denied on Priceline for North and south strip for $80. I realized that I should have bid earlier than today since the strip hotel prices went up, BUT this hotel price still stayed low since it is a bit off da strip.

$100 denied on 6/3 for a 4 star north and south strip.

$47 denied on 6/3 for a 3 star north and south strip.

$50 denied on 6/13 for a 3 star north and south strip.

$80 denied on 7/1 for a 4 star north and south stripper.

There is a shuttle bus listed in amenities... But in da better bidding forum shuttle is listed and the BB forum lists this hotel as a 3*, but they do indeed have a shuttle listed one on their website. I think dat da hotel offers 2.5* for the courtyard rooms and 3* for da deluxe tower rooms. No 3* near Strip west hotels are listed today though.

I used the HOTWIRE link on the betterbidding webpage. Bedtime, I'm tired of looking.

Buffalo airport I bid $12, but was declined, so I rebid and was accepted @ $14 for an Economy car thru Avis.

Today I bid $73 for 1/26/08-1/27/08 and I got denied for the Univ of Washington - Northgate district 3 star hotel.. Maybe I'm jumping the gun hereand I should wait until next year to bid.

(I also used the Union Lake free bid zone.)

Sorry that I am a bit late.... I could not get any hotels for under $60 near downtown... So I chose to go the cheap route. The hotel was nice for a 2* (my GF thought it was 3 or 3 1/2 stars) and had a nice complimentary breakfast.

this hotel i believe is 2.5 stars on HOTWIRE with a kitchenette and luandry facility.

I probably should have checked out HOTWIRE because I found a hotel with 3.5* in the same area for $86.95 including taxes. compared to the $101.73 i paid for this hotel. I got a hotel for a friend who wanted me to help immediately. Could have been better, but not bad.

I found a hotel 2 1/2 stars in med center, nw, airport area and I got denied at $50. so I added downtown (usually more expensive area) as an option and got accepted @ $55. I saw someone else got this hotel for $40 previously; however, I guess that my choice a busy weekend.

I booked for december 3-5 for $50 per night. My first bid got accepted. I thought I might get the Renaissance worthington, but I got the actual hotel I wanted. Please add the Radisson Plaza hotel to the list. DOwntown fort worth 3 plus stars. 2 of my other friends bids were accepted for the same hotel, on the same night.

i got a standard car from national car rentals for $14 per day. Plus xtra taxes totalling $45.48 for 2 days for dallas love airport. I d not know, is this a good deal?
