Just to let you know, I eventually booked the Embassy Suite Hotel, which Im totally made up with.

I don't see the midtown east propery, there are 2 adults and 1 child travelling, thats probably why. I have just received an email off crowne plaza, they don't have microwaves, (I need a microwave to sterilize bottles) and they charge $30 for a fridge, so I may just go with the Murray Hill east suites which have all of that already without extra fees, plus, I don't want to be bang in the middle of the chaos that is Times square with a 6 month old everyday =)

I have had my hotel cancelled with HOTWIRE, Chelsea Doubleetree. They have offered me any other hotel though, at any price in any area for the dates Im going on. My dates are 26th May-2nd June. I don't mind where it is I stay in Manhattan.....can anyone help? Cheers Laura

I received this email response yesterday after emailing hotwire about this matter. 'Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding your concerns about your hotel reservation, Hotwire Itinerary Number 0000000000 I understand you are concerned about the Doubletree - Chelsea being opened in time for your stay. I have great news for you. I called Doubletree and spoke to a reservation specialist. The hotel is officially opening on April 30, 2009 and so should be new but not brand new when you arrive. I ended up booking the Doublee Tree Chelsea (3.5 star MTE hotel) using the HOTWIRE link. Got it for 7 nights, 2 adults one child, awesome price, if the hotel opens in time ;-) Thankyou.

I would be a bit dubious about buying a room in a hotel which isn't even open yet, what if it doesn't open in time...hmmmm Thank you though for your reply. Anyone any other ideas?

I'm trying to identify these hotels, after researching it myself, Im still non the wiser, pretty sure its not the tudor though.
