Started bid at $90. Asked to increase bid to $104. Declined. Added Culver City. Increased bid to $95. Won Lowes Hotel Hollywood. Great hotel. Beds were to die for. Great location, spa, fitness center, and pool.
I think parking at the 7th and Fig (Ernst & Young) parking structure was reasonable. I parked there (overnight) and stayed for two days and paid $15. I did get there before 9am on the 1st day, so I'm not sure if that made a difference. It's a safe place to park and it's pretty close to most of the PRICELINE hotels.
I've used HOTWIRE before and booked a 4* in downtown LA. High tripadvisor ratings and it was the Omni. Now I tried hotwire again for one night 4/15 to 4/16, and I can't tell whether it's the Omni or Westin because no tripadvisor ratings. It's $119. I'm happy to pay $119 if it's the Omni, but NOT if it's the Westin. Fitness center; Pool; Restaurant; Business Center; High-Speed Internet Access Help please! :)
