tried to bid for historic area for several days. started from $50 and end up $99. considering the original price and the location (and of course during this popular season) it is not a bad deal. looking forward to seeing it.

Yes, this is actually the Courtyard at 35 Lockwood Drive, which is 3* rated at Ashley river area. I tried to change the title but failed.

I bidded once and got it. Was shocked. Original price is $199/nt.
