Hey all,
I am staying at Vdara for the Halloween weekend (10/28 Fri-10/30 Sun) and was wondering if I should bother trying the $20 trick. It's Halloween weekend so the city must be busy, but at the same time the hotel I heard is pretty vacant most of the times.
So my question is... Should I not try the trick during the Halloween in general? or is it worth the try?
amenities: business, high-speed internet, restaurant, fitness
what is the best guess for this hotel? Thank you!
Started bidding 4* hotels in MP and NMA area.
started from $57 and went up to $70 without success.
Tried 3.5* hotels in NMA area from $60, then $63, $65 without success.
Then, tried $67, and I got Ambassador.
Ambassador East Hotel 3
I used to live in Boston suburb, and I've used PRICELINE a lot for booking hotels in Boston.
To be honest, I thought my bid would be rejected, so I didn't think too much before bidding.
And I was impatient, not checking the hotel list before bidding.
I was used to Hilton Back Bay and Park Plaza being 3*, so when I was bidding $50 for 3*,
I was expecting Hilton/Park Plaza or a reject.
Then, tada, the bid was accepted for Courtyard (Tremont St). The published rate is $159, so I guess I got a good deal.
Never been there, never really heard about it, so I am kind of concerned though...
4/15-4/19
3* $69/night Mag. Mile
with comp. breakfast, fitness, business, and high-speed internet
It says it's best value.
Any idea?
Thanks!

Hi thereuare, I think the original poster meant that he won cosmopolitan. Not Aria.
I think you should modify the title.
