Anyone an idea what I could do to make the chances of my bid getting accepted higher?

Hi Guys, In the weekend of September 28 through September 30th, my girlfriend and I are planning on spending a weekend in downtown Boston. I was planning on using Priceline for our hotel, in downtown Boston. I've already tried: Boston Common - Theater District, 4* and 3.5* up to $150 and 3* up to $120 Boston Harbor Front - Aquarium, 4* and 3.5* up to $150 Boston Copley Square - Back Bay, 4* and 3.5* up to $150 All those bids got refused. What would you guys advice me to do, raise my bids or wait a couple of weeks, so that we get closer to the dates of stay? Hope to hear from you. Happy Priceliner - Menno

Last night I tried it again for all my dates at one time and after those bids were denied, I've spilt my dates in 8/13 to 8/15 and 8/15 to 8/18, still got no lucky :). Which zones should I add...? Central Park South..? I don't want to add MTE because when I add MTE I have a big chance that I will win the Grand Hyatt and after reading a couple reviews about that I think I don't want to stay there...

I know that, but most of the time, thanks to the Betterbidding board, I can now in which hotel I will probably stay.

Today I only bid on the MTW zone because I want to know in which hotel I will probably stay. I used the PRICELINE link when i started my offers.

+/- $300 per night. Today I tried it again, still got no lucky... Went up to $150 with $10 bonus cash, but Priceline didn't accepted it... :) I saw that the Hilton New York is won a lot for $125 per night in July, so I hope that I can get a good deal at the begin of August, I booked the hotel directly and if I decide to stay at the Hilton I pay more then $300 per night!
