After looking at the recent posts I bid $50 for 2 rooms it reject and told me to bid $16 more I did and I got 2 rooms at the Preston $66 for each room + tax I also used the PRICELINE link, thanks for always making this easy :)

After looking at the board not too many bids on Syracuse in the University area I bid $60 3.5* University On first try I got the Crown Plaza I almost wish I bid lower since it took my bid on the first try. Hotels.com was showing it for $119

I tried 3 days in a row O riginal bid 65 *5.5 then 75, 85 & 95 all bids were rejected so I am staying with my room rate that I got from the hilton.

All of the Known 3.5* hotels have pools. I made a reservation at the Hilton but don't want to pay $159 p/n so I would like to spend less. The real issue with Hotwire is that the area it covers Napa - Sonoma (Santa Rosa - Rohnert Park - Petaluma) I only want to be in Santa Rosa which is why I was trying only PRICELINE hotels

I had posted that I received my room in NJ so I am not sure what type of response your looking for about that and I updated my Memphis link since I just didn't get a car thats why I never went back to it.

I didn't get a car since the prices were so high, I just used a friends.

Bid on priceline $50 for 3.5* for Santa Rosa Rejected 2nd bid $60 for the same as above Rejected Now priceline is offering a 3* for$65 (chopped rate) I would really like a pool for my stay I was able to get a rate at the Hilton for $159 Any words of wisdom or do I keep trying for 3.5*? thanks Amy :)

I am looking for a Compact/mid size for Memphis 6/8-6/16 It seems like everyday the prices are going up. Looking for a code or bidding that is less than 230/week.

I live in the city and since you are staying so far uptown it might be cheaper for you to take the bus to Fort. Lee NJ and rent a car there, as prices are pretty high in the city. Also if there is an ezpass option for tolls take it as people have to pay with cash tend to wait a long time. ezpass is compatible with boston's fast pass, so you can use it the whole way.

Ended up staying at the Days Inn for $109 a night from Hotels.com

Last time I went to FLL and rent a car I got some discount code on the board. The one I have no longer works does anyone have any good car rental deals for FLL 7/15-8/1?

:) I am trying to bid for Inner Harbor I am going to a convention and will not have a car. I want a 4* I bidded $66 IH 4*...rejected then $75 IH and West Baltimore 4*...rejected What other areas can I bid that don't have 4* so I can bid again.. TKS Amy :)

I am going to be in vegas on 6/7 and then again on 6/10-6/13. There are 4 of us and we don't want to spend a lot of money but would like a place with a pool. convient location either strip or downtown. Best deal I could find at a name hotel was $71 at excalibur and I think that place is a dump, although pool is nice. Does anyone have any deals that they know of or suggest any bids? Thanks Amy :)

I have a reservation at the roadway inn for $65/night but I heard it was bad. I would like to pay less if possible. I thought I could keep bidding until the last minute and hope for something better

3* downtown $45 rejected added south $47 rejected two days later the same + west $50 rejected two days later same bid- rejected I am hoping that I might get a cheap nice room last minute :)

:) :) After bidding for about a week I finally got a resort hotel for under $100. Started with DV 53 added next area 54 added next area 55 closed out DV 55 added each area going up $2at a time ending with 71 closed out DV 70 added $4 at a time next area until 92 closed out DV 65 added $5 at a time accepted at $90 I think I might have gotten it cheap since it is for tomorrow night!! :o

:) I also got this resort on my first bid. $60 +tax $79.77 for a one bedroom suite. We thought it was really nice.
