Great advice on the adding zones option - thanks! I am still denied. I tried $81 for for a 3.5 or 4* in the North Michigan Ave - River North Area. I guess what i want to spend is $90 -ish per night.
I was familiar with the "adding a zone" option and I read your informative post......very NICE! I will try it since I am sure there are areas that are not offering 4* in the greater Chicago area. Thanks!!
Sorry - the location is indeed North Michigan Ave - River North Area. I tried again for 4* in this area only @ $86 and was denied. I was hoping for a 4* for under $90. I will keep inching up each day. I am trying to avoid 3.5* places.
Trying to find a good rate on a 3.5 or 4* in the north loop area. Tried $72 for a 4* and denied. Added 3.5* and bumped price to $76 and denied again. Will try again tomorrow by trying $80 for a 4*. If it matters, I am trying for 2 rooms. I'll keep the board posted.
