Thanks for the reply, thereuare.
After seeing the successful bid of WillTravel, I may try another bid at the end of the week.
If that doesn't work out - I'll give the HOTWIRE link a try!
Trying for a hotel Downtown for 9/8 to 9/10
Here's what I've tried, so far:
2.5*
I've bid up to $90 with no luck
Rates are:
BW Exec - Sold Out
HI Express - 125.10
Homewood Suites - 179
Summerfield Suites - 179
2*
I've bid up to $75 - Don't really want the Inn at Queen Anne - but it hasn't come up lately and has zero availablility.
Rate are:
Queen Anne - Not Available online
Springhill Suites - 149
Seems like the typical busy weekend - but the prices aren't that out of whack.
What would you guys suggest - bid higher or just keep re-trying at these bids for the next week?
I guess I should add that there's a group of us attending the ballgames on Saturday/Sunday, so we would prefer to stay Downtown and not have to drive/cab to Downtown...
Thanks!
I was fully expecting to have to use a few free re-bids, so it surprised me too.
We cancelled our trip to Orlando - so I was pleased to get this on such short notice...
Won this last night. on my first bid...
