Sounds like the Trump, which is a very nice hotel, but it charges a $15 resort fee and it's location is not ideal.

Haha, I think I will use a regular site to book a nice hotel this time. Can't leave that kind of thing up to chance (I've learned my lesson).

I just booked a 3* star hotel in Sevierville for Valentine's Day and ended up with the Baymont Inn and Suites. I was able to get it canceled since Hotwire will be downgrading the hotel after their last inspection (took place a couple of days ago). I was delighted that they made an exception for me (I was going to propose to my gf), and that they really do check the ratings on their hotels via inspections. But beware, a 3* on Hotwire isn't necessarily a 3* on other sites. All in all, very happy with their customer service.
