Well I've been reading some of the reviews for this hotel on tripadvisor. It appears to be in a shady neighborhood and kind of far from the sights. Since I am going with my 82 year old mother I think I will cut my losses and make a reservation at another hotel.
The amenities listed for the hotel are:
Free internet
Pool
Fitness center
Business center
Self service laundry
Golf nearby
Restaurant
Tennis nearby and if I click on the BUY button I can see more amenities:
Accessible for the deaf
In room accessibility
Handicapped parking
Accessible for the blind
Accessible path of travel
Accessible bathroom
Roll-in shower
Not sure if this hotel is any good or if the location is any good. I hope it is a good hotel and central to the touristy area. I will be arriving and leaving by train to Union Station. Total billed was $153.
Decided to go with Hotels.com as I had 2 x $100 coupons. I had reserved the Hyatt regency pens landing with them, only to find out it was the wrong hotel. I called Hotels.com and the sales agent said ok you can change the reservation and reapply your coupons, but let's make your new reservation first. I said I didn't want to do that, that I wanted to make sure I could cancel the other reservation first as during the reservation process, it says no cancellations. He assured me it would be ok. So he made the new reservation, I said he was charging much more than the advertised price on the website, and he said that was due to taxes and fees. So he transferred me to customer service to do the cancellation of the first reservation, and to apply the coupons to this new reservation. Well, guess what, that was all hoo-ha on his part. There was no guarantee I was going to be able to cancel, the coupons are not re-applied. I have to wait 3days for new coupons to be issued, then call back and try to cancel that new reservation, and rebook it, using the new coupons. Later, I see on the invoice that he has charged me $152/ night instead of the $132 advertised on the Hotels.com website. When I asked customer service about that, they denied that it was only $132 even though I could see it right in front of me on my computer, eventually I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said I was indeed overcharged and a refund would be issued. Total nightmare, and I won't be using Hotels.com again.
Thank you .
I will post update whether we go with Hotwire or not.

I'm answering my own question here. I looked back a little further on this board and looks like this is indeed the Sheraton Society hill, or perhaps the Hyatt.

I did what kparks suggested here and have called Wynn and got THEIR confirmation # for my Hotwire reservation on 4/13-4/21, just-in-case. I also requested 2 Queen beds and a no-smoking room, reserved but not guaranteed of course.
WOW. Yeah that makes sense..thanks!
I noticed that reservations of 2 nights-at-a-time in the same time period are only $109/night on Hotwire for 5* Center strip, but when i plug in my reservation for 8 consecutive nights it is $125/night. Why is it more expensive for more nights?
I am very happy, i am taking my 76 y/o mother, we will feel like princesses, now i will have to call and ask the hotel if we can get 2 separate beds, or it will have to be a "cosy" vacation lol. Just glad that we can go nearby for cheap eats.
