Wanted a 3.5 or 4* in Arlington, Dupont Circle, or Crystal City (in that order of preference). Started at 4* and bid 80, 85, 88, and 90 while adding acceptable and no-chance rebid zones. Selected 3.5*, no luck at 70, added a rebid zone & increased to 75 and got a win - Renaissance Arlington Capital View which is actually in Crystal City. Never heard of it but reviews look decent and going rate is about 200/nt (Marine Corps Marathon over the weekend potentially driving up rates?) so at a glance, pleased with the outcome. This hotel isn't presently on the hotel list unless it changed brand recently.

Wanted 4* hotel downtown for 9/7-9/8. Started with 4* Downtown, $60, denied added Space Needle, $65, denied added South Renton, $65, denied added North Renton, $70, accepted.

Bid 68 for 3.5* in Downtown Tampa; No 4* hotels in that area. Got Hyatt Regency Downtown Tampa on first try. 240 for all 3 nights after taxes. IMO, much better than the 169/night base rate on Hyatt.com. Used PRICELINE link from BB.

Can't seem to identify what 3* in St. Pete Beach is for $95/night 3/27-3/30... Amenities: Beachfront 1-Bedroom Suite Fully-equipped Kitchen Daily Housekeeping In-Room Laundry Pool(s) Restaurant(s) 24-hour Front Desk Laundry Facilities Condo Any help greatly appreciated.
