Thank you very much for helping. The 4* Downtown Montreal West is still an option when I searched it just now. I must say that the Hotel Omni Mont Royal seems to be a very decent deal though. Let me think about it.
I never been to that one, but was always very pleased with Delta Hotel in other cities. However, the chain is usually listed as 4* on most travel website. I am just weighting the three 4*/4.5* that I am trying to identify versus the Delta Montreal option quoted by my travel agent (which equals to about USD 55 per night).
I am looking at Montreal hotels over 24 to 27 December. Can anyone help ID the following 3 hotels?
4* Downtown Montreal East / USD 70 per night / FULL AMENIT: Free Internet, Pet IESfriendly, Boutique hotel, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Internet access
4* Downtown Montreal West / USD 70 per night / FULL AMENITIES: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Internet access, Tennis nearby
4.5* Downtown Montreal West / USD 70 per night / FULL AMENITIES: Pet friendly, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Spa services, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking
Does anyone know if Delta Montreal is listed at 3.5 or 4 stars on Hotwire? I somehow see it being listed as 3.5* on some other websites? (I am seeing it for NTD 1950 per night through my travel agent back in Taiwan.)
Hi, there was some change of travel plans and I got One King West from 17 to 24 December for USD 61 per night.
I can either do 27 or 28 for check-out, depends on which flight I am going to take. There are two flights per day - one at 1 am and another one at 2 pm. I will think about the option and report back once it is decided. Thanks for your help.
Yes, I still see the airport one by searching for 19 Dec to 28 Dec.
Please provide the star rating for each listing and we would be happy to take a look and try to ID the above listings.
Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
Sorry, my bad, I left that out by mistake. Both hotels are 4*.
I am looking at the following two hotels in Toronto from 19 Dec to 27 Dec:
1. 4* Downtown Toronto East / USD 67.00 / FULL AMENITIES: Condo, Pet friendly, Suite, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible path of travel
2. 4* Toronto Airport East / USD 65.00 / FULL AMENITIES: Airport shuttle, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Golf nearby (It somehow only shows up if the check-out date is 28 Dec.)
I am weighting these options against Hilton Toronto Airport for USD 675 or The Westin Bristol Place Toronto Airport for USD 635.
Thanks for any assistance with this.
Thank you for the information. I saw that the Imperial Hotel (the former Intercontinental) was selling at USD 94 on another website and booked that one. I do not want to take the risk and ended up with the Taipei Garden Hotel through Hot.wire. Sorry for any troubles that might have caused you with my request. Have a nice week.
I am looking at hotels in Taipei over 29 to 31 October. There is a 4.5* listing at USD 110.00 per night, with the following amenities: Free parking, Free Internet, Pool(s), Business center, Internet access, Spa services, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible path of travel. Can you help identifying the hotel? Thanks.
I placed USD 70 bid for 23 to 25 September and got Warwick Allerton Hotel Chicago. Guess I should not complain for the price that I am paying. Thanks for your helps.
I am looking at the following hotels in Chicago, I wonder if anyone can help identifying them.

Can anyone help me ID these hotels? (I cannot book a hotel too far from the campus as I do not drive.)
Thanks.
I am pleased to get this property, especially during a time when everywhere else in the city are super expensive due to the Pan Am game, I beg.
Bidded USD 40 for 1 night, 28 to 29 June. Got it the first round.
I will post the other win accordingly.
Hi, thank you for the information. The last few days was very hectic.
I saw another 3* listing for the same dates for USD 113
College Station - Bryan area all-suites hotel
FULL AMENITIES: Free breakfast, Free parking, Free Internet, Pet friendly, Indoor pool(s), Airport shuttle, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Business center, Internet access
Do you have any idea which hotel it is?
I would otherwise book directly the Hilton for USD 119 on the list. Thanks.
Yes, there are a few hotels closer to campus. I was told that there are no regular taxi in College Station, only Uber, even that can be sporadic. Since Hilton is only for USD 119, round trip taxi could easily cost USD 40 for round trip. I may better of to just stay close to school. Will let you know if I have further questions. Thank you very much for your help.
Thank you very much for the information. According to the Maps and Hotels website, there is only one 3.5* hotel in the area and it is very far away from campus. I am surprised that even Hilton is listed as 3* only. I need to think about it, as there is neither city bus in the area nor I can drive while I am there.
I am looking at the following hotels:
3.5* College Station - Bryan
FULL AMENITIES: Free parking, Free Internet, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access
USD 71 per night from 29 June till 3 July
3* College Station - Bryan
FULL AMENITIES: Free parking, Free breakfast, Free Internet, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access
USD 91 per night from 29 June till 3 July
Can anyone help me ID these hotels? (I cannot book a hotel too far from the campus as I do not drive.)
Thanks.
After some thought, I prefer to be around the airport if not in the city center. The downtown hotel seems to be the One King West, my brother told me that it has the same list of amenities as the one when he booked. I was in the hotel after Christmas, while it is brand new from renovation, I could not withstand the smell from new furnishing.
I bidded USD 49 in Toronto Airport East on PRICELINE.com and got The Westin Bristol Place, which is one I like.
Can anyone helps in identifying the following hotels in Toronto? Thanks.
Hotel 1
Scarborough - Don Valley 4.5* 1 Jan to 4 Jan USD 73 per night
FULL AMENITIES: Pet friendly, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Tennis nearby, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Wheelchair accessible, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking
Hotel 2
Downtown Toronto East 4* 1 Jan to 4 Jan USD 68 per night
FULL AMENITIES: Suite, Pet friendly, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible path of travel
Hi, I decided to try my luck on Price.line after the travel agent confirmed my air ticket. I got the Intercontinental for 4 nights (21 - 25 December) with a bit of USD 62, which I think is pretty good for that price. Thank you all for helping.
Have a pleasant week.
Thank you very much for the suggestions. I will think about it - still awaiting for flight confirmation.
4.5* Montreal (Downtown Montreal West) Omni Mont-Royal
in Hotwire Hotels - Canada

Hi,
I would like to thank you again for your help. I booked the 4.5* Hot.wire listing, which is indeed Hotel Mont Royal.
Hope you have a very pleasant holiday.
