  1. Well I added those zones specifically for the rebids. I kept my Priceline Stars at 3 during the entire process. I just added the (2*) to show what the max star rating was for that area it was not to show that I downgraded the stars during my bidding. Sorry now that I look at it further it does look confusing.
  2. Check In - Friday, May 12th Check Out - Saturday, May 13th Two Rooms Per Room = $70 Total (with taxes) = $164.50 Bidding Process: 1. Downtown @ $60 2. Added Downtown @ $60 3. Added San Ysidro @ $65 4. Added East County @ $70 Edited by Thereuare to reduce confusion and more accurately reflect the bidding process used
  3. Hi glutton, I have never seen Priceline "split" a multiple day request among different hotels. From my experience 6 days is kind of hard to reserve with Priceline. This is because hotels release blocks of rooms on certain days. So unless one hotel releases a block of rooms for 6 days then you will not be able to get your 6 block stay in one bid. What I suggest is to first reserve a cancellable backup. So find a hotel you like and make a reservation at the cheapest rate you can (ie. AAA discount, etc...). What I would personally do in your case is the following 1. Make 6 seperate reservations at the hotel of your choice, one for each night of the stay. MAKE SURE YOU CAN CANCEL WITH NO PENALTY!!!! 2. Starting with a 6 day bid work all your rebids for the city. If you do not get a successful bid then rebid taking off one day (So now you would bid for a 5 day stay, then 4 day and so on). Continue until you hit the area and price you are looking for. 3. Then as you fill in your vacation days with Priceline hotels you can start cancelling the backup reservations you don't need. 4. Keep bidding until the last possible day to cancel. This assures you will have some place to stay but allows you to still utilize Priceline for a good rate.
  4. Sorry admin... :) I accidentaly posted this in the wrong thread. This was a Priceline bid.
