I had emailed the hotel to ask for a double/king not twin bedded room as we were a couple and celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. On arrival they had put us in the royal wing on the 6th floor, so we had a large room with a balcony. Very nice indeed. Never ate at the hotel so can't comment on the restaurant or food. I would suggest using your do not disturb sign though, as housekeeping were a little over enthusiastic wanting to service the room. She was ringing our bell at 8:45, when she enquired if we were checking out today I told her "yes, but later."
