  1. Bid $55 rejected and $61 got the Hilton at $67. Yay it looks perfect for the Twins game - used the betterbidding link. Thanks, :)
  2. Started at $47 and rebid zones and upped bidding in $2-3 increments $55 and $57 were rejected - won the Hyatt Regency at $59 was bidding 4* only and kept adding zones. $74 with tax Wanted downtown though - so I think this is pretty good. $139 was the lowest price I found online.

  4. I ended up with the Aladdin for the Sun. Mon. and Tues of my stay and booked the Orleans for $115 through a price match with cheaptickets. Since I booked directly through the Orleans, I am hoping to keep trying for a 4 or 5 star and see what happens. Thanks for the help
  5. Travelocity"]Travelocity (and I usually don't recommend them) - but you can call the hotels for a price match and still have the reservation be cancellable) is showing the following South Coast 125.45 average - 114.40 and 136.50 This is a new hotel Also Circus Circus was listed at $134.95 on their website for both nights. Hope this helps. Char
  6. I am sorry I think I may be confusing. I am now just looking for the Saturday. I know many hotels don't allow Saturday - check in, but I was hoping that I could get something with priceine and switch hotels. Thanks and sorry to keep bugging you.

  8. Well it was around $89 per night. But I found a code for the Alladin for $79 per night for three of the nights. We are now looking at the 4-8 of March. Is it worth it to switch and what would be the best way to get a cheaper hotel on the strip for the 4th.
  9. I am not sure of the star rating but the Tropicana haas been fine for the past 2 years - but we would like to try something different. About the same or better - I have looked at the Barbary and Flamingo
  10. Well we may go the 2-6 now, it is just price dependent on the best hotel. Thanks

  16. This is a business trip, so I would like all rooms at the same hotel if possible. Looking for something above the Circus/Westward Ho type hotel. I can get the Trop or IP for about $60 a nite average.
  17. I am looking to book a group of people from work - 8 rooms for Dec. 5-12 Any advice would be appreciated, Hotwire, Priceline or otherwise. Thanks.
  18. It seems to have went up because I am getting that also. The luxor.com site has rooms for $125 per night average - 497.04 wth tax and the montecarlo.com website has rooms for 113.25 per night average or 453.44 for those dates. Hope this helps
  19. The Mirage's website is show deluxe rooms for $186 per night for April 22-25 dates. Their site is www.mirage.com Do not activate the specials though. This only brings up suites at a hefty price. Hope this might help. Char :)
  20. I was just checking my dates again and added your dates (one extra day over mine) and The Mirage has rooms for your dates for $114 average per night. Their site is www.mirage.com Hope this helps.
  21. Hi there, I have been trying to bid the 3/3-3/6 dates with no luck...but I have only been bidding 5* to 125. Anyway I booked a back-up with Quikbook .com (administer may want to use her link) at the Trop for about $100 per night. This deal is also available for your dates in a garden room. I got me reservation a couple weeks ago and we got the the Island tower for that rate. For you dates the total for Island tower is $441. There is a $10 fee if you cancel 72? hours before you go...but then you could still bid if you wanted too. Also the Monte Carlo has rooms on their website for about $129 per night with tax so that is another option, but they require a deposit. Last year, my husband and I went to Vegas and stayed at the Trop. We did most of our gambling there. By the way, we are not big spenders. I think $300 total. Anyway they comped one night of our stay, free show tickets, free tshirts, free cards, 2 for 1 burgers and a cash comp for $10.00 They also offered us some free and discounted rooms in Nov., Dec. and Jan. Let us know how it goes.
  22. Hi Just wanted to add that the luxor.com website has rooms on 4/19 for $129.00 per night which is a great deal. It is on their site tonight. Stratosphere is $48 for 4/19 on tripreservations.com Westward Ho is $46 on tripreservations.com Hope this helps
