yes, go to http://www.philapark.org this is the website for the philadelphia parking authority just type in 1300 market and it will show you all the area lots... if you're mainly going to be stashing the car and are able bodied and don't mind walking a few blocks, you should look a little closer into chinatown where rates are better... this is only a few blocks. for instance, do the 1300 market search. and then do 1300 race. they are very close to each other but prices are drastically different.

Hi, does anyone know if Priceline buys blocks of rooms from hotels, reselling them at whatever price Priceline decides to sell them for, sort of like an airfare consolidator? Or do the hotels own the rooms, letting PRICELINE know the lowest $ they can go for?

On first attempt, got one room for two nights for $60 per night at the Churchill on PRICELINE.
