Bid $45 for 3* and was rejected. Offered instant rebid if increased by $13. Added 2+ @ $48 and was rejected. Waited 24 hrs and rebid $55 for 3* and it was accepted for the Red Lion. Maybe I could have got it for a little less but I'm OK with $55. Will try to follow up with a post after the stay.

Amenities listed by Hotwire were continental breakfast, pool, fitness room, and internet. Nice hotel a little out of the way (preferred the airport area). I had stayed there once before booking on HOTWIRE for one night. I was able to specify 2 adults and 2 children which gave us 2 queen beds. Nice breakfast that's a cut above the standard continental. In addition to cereal, pastries, bread, bagels, and waffles they had scrambled eggs, biscuits, and sausage gravy. Chocolate chip cookies in the evenings and coffee, tea all the time. Free internet. Microwave and small refrigerator in every room. Pool was small but kids had a great time. Also has a spa next to the pool. Fitness room was small but adequate. Laundry room on the first floor. An older property but some renovations are going on. Well worth the price. We were unable to extend the stay at the property for an additional night for the same Hotwire price with the hotel.

Initially bid $25 and recieved a counter offer of $38. Accepted as didn't have time for rebids. Extended Stay America - Milwaukee, Wauwatosa was extremely nice. Very comfortable. Convenient. I hadn't heard of BetterBidding.com at that time but will place all my future bids through the PRICELINE link from this site in the future.
