I'm agree I contact hotwire to ask about that , and this is what they answer: I understand that your hotel offers suites as an amenity. I also realize that you would like to know if you will be receiving one of these suites during your stay at the hotel. I will be happy to provide you with more information on this matter. As mentioned in Hotwire's Terms of Use, room types are assigned by the hotel at the time of check-in, and are subject to availability. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee the type of room you will receive for your hotel booking. However, you may contact the hotel before arriving to inquire about room types that will be available during your stay. Our hotel partners will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible and meet your needs. Additionally, please be aware that specific room requests are based on availability and some hotels may impose charges when changing room types; this includes the number of beds in a room. As stated previously, I would recommend contacting the hotel directly to inquire about receiving a suite for your upcoming stay. To better I contact the hotel and they told me I have a Deluxe room booked if I wan't a suite I will have to Pay 150 euros.
