Oops - I meant to start a new thread re: the 2-star hotel in the same area. Obviously it's great to save money and get the cheaper deal, but you're right - for $30 more per night there is a huge quality difference. The further SOUTH in Scottsdale the better (this may make me choose the 2* if it has a likely location) and the complimentary breakfast is always a bonus (at 2*). I think that having an idea as to what the 2 and 4-start hotels may be would help me to decide... Thanks!

Boutique, fitness center, pool, restaurants, business, internet, golf nearby, tennis nearby I found the Fireside Resort and spa when I searched for packages with cars for this time - it seemed to be the only place that fit the description. Thoughts?
