How do you decline the offer and offer again at same location.

I bid 80 it came back to 99+fees. How can I decline that and counter?

First - thanks for the site, I have been lurking around awhile. Hotwire shows $209 now for a Nov 8-9 stay. It lists above and also as Boutique Hotel . You still think its Carlton?
