I'm very familiar with this area and the hotels on Hotwire. If you are looking for a romantic location, I'd recommend the Westin first (3.5*) and the W second (4*). The Westin is located next to a very large man made pond with a fountain which makes for a nice view. Ask for that side of the building as the other side faces the highway. The W is located next to a mall. Both are nice hotels with good room service. I haven't had problems with either. You have to pay to park at the W, not at the Westin. Hope that helps.
Thanks, I believe you're right about it being the W. That's the only hotel in the area that fits the description - but I've never seen it on Hotwire before. I've gotten it on Priceline previously. Also, I didn't know the Westin was downgraded to 3.5* I've stayed at both and actually prefer the Westin. I also like the 3* Hilton Suites-Perimeter and the 3* Hyatt Place-Perimeter and 3* Hyatt Place - Smyrna. Thanks again for your response.
I stayed at the Hyatt Place Airport South in October and the listed ammenities were: Smoke Free Rooms, Complimentary Breakfast, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Business Center, High-speed Internet Access. In my experience, when it says Smoke Free Rooms, it is the Hyatt Place. Hope this helps.
W Hotel Atlanta Perimeter Center 111 Perimeter Center West Atlanta, Georgia 30346 WOW, what a great deal. $110 for the W! I was really pleased with this win.
Hilton Suites Atlanta Perimeter 6120 Peachtree Dunwoody Road Atlanta, Georgia 30328 This is a really nice hotel. Great deal for $50. I've bid $50 several other times for a 3* in Perimeter area and when I win, I get this hotel. Highly recommended.
Crowne Plaza Ravinia 4355 Ashford Dunwoody Road Atlanta, Georgia 30346 Not a great price but demand for rooms in this area was very high during this week. I tried to get a lower price for several days but failed.
Date was actually 9/23 - 9/25 Marriott Perimeter Center 246 Perimeter Center Pkwy Ne Atlanta, Georgia 30346 Very nice hotel - the best service I've received in any hotel the past year. The price wasn't that great but demand for rooms was very high this week. I tried for several days to get a cheaper rate but failed.

This hotel is barely 2*. Very outdated rooms, filthy carpet. Backs up to the Freeway and it's very loud. Way too much money for the price. This hotel should be $35-$40.
