Hi, I think your 3 star is the Hyatt Place. I just came back today. I did hotwire and got the Hyatt Place on 10/17/2008 for 1 night. I only paid with tax 90.00 That seems high if it is the Hyatt Place. Great hotel. We loved it.

They are great, clean, comfortable rooms. They have 42" flat screen tv's in your room with a partial divided wall for additional sleeping quaters. All the standards of regular Hyatt's. Shuttle / Fitness / Pool /Restaurant / Business Center / High speed internet / Tennis nearby. It say's it is a customer favorite. Lowest price guarantee / best value. There is also a 2.5 Star Hotel that is in the same area. Shuttle / complimentary brkft / Pool / Laundry / High speed internet. I am looking at the date 10/25/2008 for 1 night.
