First time ever using PRICELINE and so happy with the result! First bid of 60GBP was accepted, which was a bit of a shame because i had a whole stategy worked out that i didnt get to use! :) Hotel is rated 18 of 140 hotel on tripadvisor.com. Fees & taxes were 31.73GBP, so 211.73GBP all in, bargain compared to the Loews website price of $550. Thanks to everyone on this board for giving me the confidence to use PRICELINE and helping me understand more about re-bids.
