August 20-24, 2008 - last part of a business trip - booked via HOTWIRE link. Nice hotel and free underground parking was unexpected and convenient. I had a clean quiet room with a decent view even though it was next to the elevator. However, they have charged me for an extra night on my credit card and it is been a complete hassle even getting to talk to a human about the problem let alone get the problem solved - currently it is not resolved. DO NOT walk out of the hotel without a receipt with a zero balance showing and the names of all the front desk people who checked you out. Better yet - avoid the hassle entirely as there are other nice hotels in the same area - these people made it clear they do not like Internet discount reservations. Forgot to mention that I made all my reservation via the HOTWIRE link - it worked well. Also, the Best Western charged my credit card for the room - but all it took was one quick call to the hotel to fix the problem. They said it was a common problem for them. Not at all like my experience on the same trip with a 3.5* hotel with information to follow.

One night on business - 8/19/08. This hotel had some bad reviews on this site and some others and I was somewhat surprised when I got it instead of another one I thought I would get in Alpharetta. (Hotwire is new for me.) I found it to be very nice - clean, good staff, nice room, free internet. Wish I had booked more nights but this was a last minute replacement for a night I was supposed to be in another city. Marriott Atlanta NW Used this August 17-18 for business trip. Decent room near elevator - quiet but view of the roof (not a problem for me) No hassles on check in or check out.
