I am looking for a 3* hotel in Geneva, New York June 13-18. HOTWIRE does not have any hotels listed. PRICELINE lists two in the retail section, Geneva on the Lake ($235) and Ramada Geneva Lakefront ($140). The Ramada just showed up a week or so ago. Any bidding advice? Thank you!

I started bidding on two rooms, two nights (12/31/10-1/2/11) at a 4* in the Downtown-Inner Harbor area at $50, declined. There are no 4*'s in any other areas, so I added another area and upped to $60, declined. Added another area and up to $70, declined. Added another and upped to $75, won the Hotel Monaco. Cheapest room from hotel website appears to be $159/night, so I think I did well! This will be a two night stay before a cruise out of Baltimore. I used your PRICELINE link! Thanks!

Thank you for your help! It was indeed the Radisson Hotel Portland Airport. I used your HOTWIRE link to reserve two nights 6/5-6, and one night 6/12. Price on both reservations were $53/night.

Well, it is certainly possible I am missing something, but it is a three star on HOTWIRE, and the reviews I have been reading about Red Lion in gneral have not been stellar. We don't have the chain here, so I can only go by what I am reading. For the cost listed on the Hotwire site I think I would rather spend a little more for a B&B and not take the chance.

No, I am planning a week-long trip to Oregon wine country and this stay is a part of that trip. I will also probably book a single night back at the Portland airport also. Once I get the details worked out I will probably book them all very soon since it appears that area gets very busy in the June-July time frame. I should add that I am 100% on the other inquiry, this one I am less sure of, I may choose a B&B in the area. Does that help?

Yes, when I look at the "all amenities: link "tennis nearby" does appear. (As an aside, I could not reformat or resize the pop-up window, I had to print it to see everything). But, when I look at the trip advisor it does say a 3.0 rating, 20+ reviewers, but the latest is January 2009. Still look like the Radisson? I kinda hope so, that is the one I would like to get.
