Thanks for the strategy. I tried yesterday night and went upto $190 a night, but was unsuccessful in getting a booking. Will be trying again later today, maybe upping the price some.
Thanks for the offer. I did notice that the Ritz Carlton is also a 5* property. Not sure if Priceline offers that in its list of hotels. A bidding strategy would help. I am comfortable with an upper limit of $250-$260 per night. First choice would be a 5* Hotel followed by a Resort type property. The dates are 12/31/08 to 01/05/09.
