  2. Hi. I have been checking the priceline website and they don't offer the marriot, Berlin in the regular booking section. Is it unusual for priceline to offer a hotel that's not listed in thief regular booking sction?
  3. Hi lilmm, Did you get clarification on this? I am renting a priceline car in Buffalo and I plan to spend one night in Niagara Falls,ON. I'm hoping i dont have any problems parking the car at my hotel just across the border!!
  4. Hi. I recently hired a Pricline car (retail side of the website) for $37 per day for 4 days. Since I booked the car, I have discovered both this site and the "name your price options" on priceline. Is it possible for me to cancel my reservation without charge and then try to rebook the same type of car for the same days through the better bidding "name your price" PRICELINE link? I should be able to save $20 a day if its possible.

  6. I thought that was the case. I'm bidding for Sep 16,17&18. I normally start with Quincy Market, then add Copley, followed by Cambridge, somerville and Brighton/brookline. I was hoping to get the Hilton in the financial district ( it was won recently for $105) I reduced the star rating to 3 as well as reducing the number of night to Sep 16 & 17 and still nothing. (I went as far as $150 for the 4* hotels and as far as $135 when i included the 3* hotels0 I'll probably book something on Hotels.com or one of those over the weekend just in case. Boston is expensive!!!
  7. tough crowd in boston.. I've been bidding on 3 and 4 star hotels with no success. My last offer was $150 dollars and was rejected. I left it at that. Is that offer now finished with? Do you always get an accept/decline to your offer immediately or can it be left open (overnight for example)? When I try again tomorrow will I be starting from Scratch again?

  9. Quick Question: If I close the browser and re-open it, do I have to complete the personal details page each time ...credit card details, address, phone etc? I dont mind doing it, it's just that i want to be sure I 'm following your advise correctly. Thanks Venter

  12. Hello, I made a winning bid of $70 for the sheraton centre this morning. I used the quick bid Strategy I started with $60 bid for Downtown and was rejected I added a new zone (oakville) and increased bid to $62 and was rejected I added another zone (mississauga) and increased bid to $64 and was rejected I added another zone (bramton) and increased bid to $70 and was accepted I was ubable to go back with the browser and deselect a zone so i had to continue adding zones till i was accepted. I quickly jumped to $70 as i was starting to run out of zones that did not have 4 star hotels and i felt confident that my bid would be accepted after reading lightcrafters message. Also , I used the link from this site to get to PRICELINE.com Thanks very much, Great advise on here and I've save over 120 euro for my three nights. Go raibh mile a mhaith agat aris.
