Yes, I challenged Hotwire on a property in College Station/Bryan, TX. When they sent a survey after the trip, I candidly responded to the problems with the property. It was not a two star property by any stretch of the imagination, and that it was a one star property currently. They gave me Hotwire credit on a future booking which I have used for a property in El Paso, TX for September. I was very surprised and pleased. I did not ask for a credit charge refund.
