Hi, I bid and won a compact car from Hertz for $11 (for September) - I felt like that was a good deal! Not sure what size car you are looking for, but could be worth bidding. Also, about having your wife bid- I have had my partner bid when my bids failed, but from a different computer -- and it has worked for us. Good luck - and happy travels!

So far, $120 has been rejected for both 3* and 4* in the Downtown and University area. I'm going to give it another go this afternoon - I'll keep you posted.

Hi! I'm a fairly new Priceline lover looking for a 3 or 4 star hotel in the Downtown area, ideally, or the University area of Seattle for 9/5-9/7. So far, I haven't had any luck - bidding from $70 to $120 several times using the free rebids. I've seen lots of cheaper wins on these boards for exactly what I'm looking for...so I'm hoping some of you will have some suggestions to help me out. Am I just bidding too early? Any tips? Thanks!
