Just to follow up, my friend who is meeting us in Disneyland also bid in this area and ended up getting the same hotel for $40 per night.

I always get the Country Inn when bidding in this zone. This time I ended up with the Holiday Inn Express Bothell-Canyon Park (I-405). Started bidding at $42 and went up by $1. Reviews on TripAdvisor.com are good. Comes with a free breakfast similar to Country Inn. Looking forward to trying out this hotel. Used the forum PRICELINE link.
